Friends have always been an ever important and undeniable part of my life.  

I have a lot of friends though I would consider a larger part as just acquaintance.  I have stopped catching up with most of my friends after each of us moved on to other pursuits in our separate lives.  In a way, I think many are friends of convenient.  Though sometimes, it is not that I don't want to catch up... but there are sometime reasons and sometimes no what so ever reasons...  

There was a period of time when I find myself sometimes running away from contact.  That was the time when I built up several monstrous images of how much disappointed my friends would be when they find out a me that they never knew...

Whatever, friends are the integral part of my life and I am very thankful that I have them to accompany my life.  I also seek the apology for those friends of mine who were disturbed by me slipping in and out of their life.

Finally, I am happy to say that I have some friends that we meet up rarely, but there's always a common trust and bond that we hold faith that we will always be there for each other at times of need.  Even happier, I am in constant companion of a group of very supportive and sincere friends whom constantly feature in my life. 

No words can illustrate my appreciation to them.  I know I can trust my emotions and lean on them for support whenever I need it.
